You'll have oversight of your project progress through the dedicated dashboard I provided.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Content Delays

  • Problem: Your copywriter is running late or you're struggling with content creation
  • Solution: We can progress with placeholder content to maintain momentum. I'll flag which phases require final copy versus draft versions.

Hosting Access Issues

  • Problem: Can't access hosting account or domain management
  • Solution: Raise a support ticket with any error messages. We can often resolve remotely or I can recommend next steps.

Team Approval Bottlenecks

  • Problem: Internal stakeholders taking too long to review and approve
  • Solution: Schedule dedicated review meetings rather than relying on email. Consider appointing one decision-maker to avoid committee paralysis.

Timeline Pressure

  • Problem: External deadline creating pressure to rush phases
  • Solution: Let's discuss priority features versus nice-to-haves. We can phase the launch or adjust scope to meet critical deadlines.

Feedback Overwhelm

  • Problem: Too many opinions or conflicting feedback from your team
  • Solution: Consolidate feedback through one person before sending. I can also facilitate team alignment sessions if needed.

Scope Expansion

  • Problem: New ideas or requirements emerging during the project
  • Solution: Great ideas deserve proper consideration. We'll pause to assess timeline and cost impacts, then decide whether to include now or plan for future phases.
